          "An Act denying public employee retirement pension                                                                    
          benefits to legislators, legislative directors, and                                                                   
          public officers and employees who commit certain                                                                      
          offenses, and adding to the duties of the Alaska                                                                      
          Retirement Management Board and to the list of                                                                        
          matters governed by the Administrative Procedure
